A new addition to the Eastern Shore, Dolan & McDevitt Business Services, and its proprietors, Peggy Dolan and Mary McDevitt, have relocated here permanently after vacationing on the Eastern Shore for many years. Witnessing the growth in the area, they decided that the business they had started to build in New York was needed here as well, closing the gap that many businesses are looking to fill.

Dolan & McDevitt Business Services was formed to provide small businesses, sole proprietors, individuals and condo associations with all the support they need to continue to grow and maintain their business. DMBS supports businesses that find they do not have the need for a full-time bookkeeper or administrator, but do require assistance to keep up with the paperwork of running a business.

DMBS can step in and take care of many of the "back-office" functions such as bookkeeping, payroll and accounts receivables and payables. In addition, they also have the ability to place ads, prepare correspondence and create and maintain mailing lists.
